This section discusses what to expect when you make a regular reservation at Hacienda de los Santos. It does not cover ‘Reunion’ details, only discounts and Reunion pricing.

For information regarding our ‘Reunions’ or ‘fly-ins’, with dates & rates, please refer to the ‘Events’ section to the left of this section. There are three Reunions per year which are the Winter, Spring and Fall Reunions.

2024 Reunion Rates are:

New pilots are encouraged to attend Club Piloto events!  Bring a new couple or another plane for the first time and receive a $100.00 Credit!  Early Arrivals are on Sunday   a special rate of only $289.00 (plus tax) per couple with all meals included, plus full menu options for all meals.  

AVAILABILITY & Discounts?  ‘Club Piloto’ Packages are net prices to members and there are no discounts. Club Members will receive 10% lodging only discounts on regular reservations (not Fall, Winter or Spring Reunions or with other discounts) on Hacienda Guest Rooms and levels of Suites.  ‘Casa Spa’ Rooms do not have any discounts available from the already low rates.   Just remember to receive your Club Pilot 10% discount (for lodging portion only of a Hacienda Guest Room level or higher) for regular reservations you must make your reservation direct with the resort (no travel agencies or middlemen involved to receive a discount)…  write Jim Swickard   at  jnswick@aol.com.

Information about ‘Non-Club Piloto Reunion’ Reservations for Club members:

•All rates quoted are per night plus 19% tax, For Non-Club Piloto events there is an optional $75.00 per person meal plan which is subject to a 16% tax. Note: The meal plan also includes an upgrade from the Continental Breakfast to a ‘Full Menu All Selection Breakfast’ in the Cafe Agave. AGAIN, this does not apply to packages where all meals are included in the rate.

• •Rates include high-speed wireless Internet connection throughout most of the resort in the portales, Agave Cafe and there are complimentary computers in the ‘Internet Room’.    Electric Bikes at $15.00 USD per day.  ATV’s at $15.00 USD per 1/2 day (not recommended for beginner’s) Helmets are included.
• •Accommodations are available with One King Bed or Two Queen Beds as available.
• •Room rates in U.S. Dollars for single/double occupancy and include a Continental  Breakfast in the Cafe Agave for one or two guests.
• •An American Meal Plan is available at only $75.00 USD per day, per person, includes  luncheon specials and a four or five course evening meal, plus a breakfast upgrade to all menu selections. (no drinks included), plus 16% tax. Meal plan must be ordered when making reservation.
• •Third person in a room or suite, add $45.00 per night, includes  Continental Breakfast
• •All of our rooms and public areas are non-smoking by law
• •Smoking permitted only in the outdoor areas away from lodging & dining
• •Pets are not permitted in three areas of the resort, however they are permitted in the ‘Casa Spa’, and a spacious dog run is available with provisions for your keeping things tidy
• •We regret our rooms are not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
• In the ‘Casa Spa’ we have two rooms available for those with pets under 30 lbs, an additional fee of $20.00 per day per pet will be charged..  Please ask for details if you would like to enjoy the Hacienda with your pet.
• •Check-In: 3:00 P.M. (Earlier for pilots when possible)
• •Check-Out:  Noon (Later upon request when possible)
• NO RESORT FEES, No Bottled Water Fees, NO Wi-Fi FEES, NO HIDDEN CHARGES, NO TIPPING UNTIL CHECK-OUT & it is Optional, WE WANT YOU BACK…often!

 

CLUB PILOTO MEMBERS WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING WHEN THEY BOOK DIRECT WITH HACIENDA DE LOS SANTOS^®:

 

A.  First visit only, a complimentary ‘Club Piloto’ Capitan hat (left seat pilot only) and a bilingual one hour familiarization tour of the village, by car.  Additional hats are available for $32.00 USD+tax. Regular ‘Club Piloto’ aviator hats are available at $18.00 USD+tax.

B.  For singles and light twins, complimentary hangar parking when available (certain restrictions apply and there is a $10.00 (US) fee by the airport for the first night in the hangar. Parking on the ramp is $10.00 per night)

C.  Complimentary transportation, with driver, to and from the Alamos Airport to Hacienda de los Santos^®

D.  Availability of currency exchange, without fees, if requested in advance.

E. Acceptance of U.S. dollars at the current bank rate for the hotel bill on the date of check-out.

F.  A 10% discount will be applied to the lodging portion of the bill at Hacienda de los Santos^® for regular reservations, excluding ‘Club Piloto’ events, advertised discounted packages and ‘Casa Spa’ rooms, providing your reservation was booked direct with the resort. Club Piloto Members may also rent the entire ‘Hotelito Alamos’ Hotel, just across the street from Hacienda de los Santos for business and private events at a discounted rate. There are four deluxe guest rooms with five bedrooms in all, plus a small pool.

G.  Clarification on Meals: All regular reservations include a Continental Breakfast. Club Piloto Reunions include complete meal packages at no extra cost. When booking a regular reservation, you may upgrade to a meal plan purchased in advance at $75.00 (USD) per person per day. Then you will receive an upgrade from the Continental Breakfast to a ‘Full Breakfast Menu in the Cafe Agave’, plus lunch and dinner with all menu options, in both of the resort’s restaurants.

H.  With most ‘Reunions’ an ‘Early Bird’ rate is available of only $289.00 (plus tax) for the additional night with your room or suite, plus all meals for two, ground transportation to and from the airport, if you are early enough complimentary hangar parking for singles and light twins, plus a special private party that evening with some liquor and a special meal by Chef Rene and entertainment.  If you would like to come earlier than one day, or leave later, inquire when making the ‘Reunion’ package on availability.  If space is available, you can extend the special rate to additional days at Hacienda de los Santos.

CLUB PILOTOS HANGAR 

We can nearly always guarantee singles, and light twins for your visits during the year with the exception of ‘Club Piloto Reunions’.  As always, it is a ‘first come first serve’ basis for parking in the hangar.  At the ‘Reunions’ the wing length limitation for hangar parking is 38′.    One can be nearly certain that the first day of the event there will not be any space available, one day early usually works, two days for sure.

Parking in the hangar is at your own risk and the resort owners will not be responsible for any type of damage or loss.  For ‘Reunions’ up to 12 aircraft will be parked in the hangar. We suggest that owner’s assist in moving their airplane when it is inside the hangar.  If you have not signed a release form previously at a Hacienda event please do so in Reception.

As a reminder, as a member of ‘Club Pilotos’ you must make reservations direct by either email to Jim Swickard at jnswick@aol.com or  call our office at 011-52-647-428-0222.  Travel agencies may only be used for regular reservations, however no discounts will apply if your pilot reservation is made through any agency requiring a commission. Our pilot packages and discounts only apply to club members.

Alamos Airport Fees….the city has a daily fee of $10.00 US which includes landing and overnight parking.  If you are in the ‘Club Pilotos’ hangar there is only a one time charge of $10.00, regardless of the number of nights within the hangar.  If you make a local flight during your stay and are in the hangar the city may charge an additional $10.00.  Danielle is a city employee, however a tip of $3.00-$5.00 is given to him by most aviators since his ‘city’ pay is minimal and he has a large family.

*Deposits  for ‘Club Piloto’ events are not required, however we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible in the event that you need to make a cancellation either for a Reunion or a regular reservation. In order to receive the ‘Club Piloto’ discount for individual bookings during the course of the year they must be direct through our club’s email which is jnswick@aol.com or direct with the office in Mexico.

Pets?  Small to Medium Sized Pets are now permitted ‘Casa Spa’, ask for details.
