November 1st-5th (Sunday-Thursday…instead of Monday-Friday), with the ‘Early Bird Saturday’ on October 31st.\u00a0 \u00a0Guest speaker to be announced.\u00a0 \u00a0 *‘Early Bird’<\/strong> additional days include your room for suite for one or two persons, plus all meals, ground transportation and hangar space if available.\u00a0 The ‘Early Bird’ rate is $349.00 plus tax and optional tip at check-out. We apologize for the scheduling at one day earlier than normal, but due to an early group booking we were unable to offer the usual Monday-Friday schedule.<\/p>\n

Club Pilotos Winter Reunion,<\/strong> January\u00a0 25th-29th, 2027<\/strong>.\u00a0 Due to last year’s success of our having the ‘Winter Reunion’ held during the same dates as the nine-day music festival we are doing the same .<\/strong> We are blocking 10 rooms and suites for ‘Club Pilotos’.\u00a0 The daily itinerary will be similar as in the past with morning activities including the cooking school, however there will not be a guest speaker due to the festival<\/em>, and the afternoon and evening events will be tied to the FAOT Festival (multiple venues of musical and dance performances every day and evening) with the exception of one special party night for the group. If you would like to attend more of the festival the nine-day event begins on January 22nd and ends on January 30th.\u00a0 ‘Early Bird’ rates available for January 24th at $349.00 (USD+tax, for one or two persons, with room or suite, hangar if available, all meals, cocktail hour and a special ‘Piloto’ dinner at the ‘El Nido’ roof-top grill).<\/p>\n

We publish the itineraries for each Reunion only a few days prior to the event. \u00a0Details include the time and place for the optional (gratis) classes, talks, fiestas, etc. \u00a0For a general idea of what it’s all about please\u00a0see the ‘Events’ column\u00a0for a sample itinerary. For a sample Itinerary for ‘Reunions’<\/strong> see below ‘Piloto Reunions’.\u00a0 Please note that we attempt to have the various fiesta dates correct, however if you are planning a trip for a certain fiesta that you should confirm the event’s date with our office prior to making the reservation.\u00a0 Some people love to be at Hacienda de los Santos on a ‘wedding weekend’ and a few prefer other dates when the resort is more ‘tranquil’.<\/p>\n.<\/p>\n
*What are ‘Early Birds’<\/strong>? With our scheduled pilot ‘Reunions’, when possible we offer a reduced rate for pilots arriving one, or sometimes two days early, of $349.00 (USD) per day, regardless of suite or room level, and it includes the lodging and all meals for two, plus a Sunday evening complimentary cocktail hour. All events officially begin on a Monday.<\/p>\n

Alamos Airport (XALA) Fee?\u00a0<\/strong>Effective January 24th, 2025 the airport has no landing fee per se, however does have a nightly ramp parking fee of $400 Pesos.\u00a0 IF you are parking in the Club Pilotos hangar the fee, regardless of the number of days, is $400 Pesos.\u00a0 Booking a ‘Club Pilotos Reunion’?\u00a0 Your total charge for five or six days is only $400 Pesos.<\/p>\n

This year it will conclude for the first time in the ‘Capilla de los Santos’ with Mary & Baby Jesus. Call for both dinner and lodging reservations.
