Procedure to make a reservation for a ‘Club Pilotos of Mexico’ Reunion

1st: Review the room and suite descriptions at www.haciendadelossantos.com.

2nd: Contact us and advise regarding the type of room or suite that you would prefer, PLUS if you would like to take advantage of the ‘Early Bird’ arrival. The office will advise if your request is available regarding a specific room or suite.

3rd: Our office will hold the reservation for you for ten (10 days~) you have made a 50% deposit for the ‘Reunion’.

4th: When the deposit is received our office will forward a guaranteed confirmation for your lodging request.

- Make a 50% deposit for your confirmation for a ‘Reunion’.
- If you cancel 30 days or less you will receive a 50% refund on your deposit.
- If you cancel 8 days or less you will forfeit your deposit.

Reunion Dates

Club Pilotos Fall Reunion, November 1st-5th, 2026 (date change see below)
November 1st-5th (Sunday-Thursday…instead of Monday-Friday), with the ‘Early Bird Saturday’ on October 31st. Guest speaker to be announced. *‘Early Bird’ additional days include your room for suite for one or two persons, plus all meals, ground transportation and hangar space if available. The ‘Early Bird’ rate is $349.00 plus tax and optional tip at check-out. We apologize for the scheduling at one day earlier than normal, but due to an early group booking we were unable to offer the usual Monday-Friday schedule.

Note…Unfortunately, due to several years of no rate changes, plus the high inflation that we have seen on both our imported goods and products in Mexico, we must make a 25% increase in our package rates for 2027.)

Club Pilotos Winter Reunion, January 25th-29th, 2027. Due to last year’s success of our having the ‘Winter Reunion’ held during the same dates as the nine-day music festival we are doing the same . We are blocking 10 rooms and suites for ‘Club Pilotos’. The daily itinerary will be similar as in the past with morning activities including the cooking school, however there will not be a guest speaker due to the festival, and the afternoon and evening events will be tied to the FAOT Festival (multiple venues of musical and dance performances every day and evening) with the exception of one special party night for the group. If you would like to attend more of the festival the nine-day event begins on January 22nd and ends on January 30th. ‘Early Bird’ rates available for January 24th at $349.00 (USD+tax, for one or two persons, with room or suite, hangar if available, all meals, cocktail hour and a special ‘Piloto’ dinner at the ‘El Nido’ roof-top grill).

Club Pilotos Spring Reunion March 15th-19th, 2027. ‘Early Birds’ arrive on Sunday, March 14th! Reserve early for the location of your choice. Our guest speaker to be announced. Make your reservations early and get the room or suite of your choice.

We publish the itineraries for each Reunion only a few days prior to the event. Details include the time and place for the optional (gratis) classes, talks, fiestas, etc. For a general idea of what it’s all about please see the ‘Events’ column for a sample itinerary. For a sample Itinerary for ‘Reunions’ see below ‘Piloto Reunions’. Please note that we attempt to have the various fiesta dates correct, however if you are planning a trip for a certain fiesta that you should confirm the event’s date with our office prior to making the reservation. Some people love to be at Hacienda de los Santos on a ‘wedding weekend’ and a few prefer other dates when the resort is more ‘tranquil’.

*What are ‘Early Birds’? With our scheduled pilot ‘Reunions’, when possible we offer a reduced rate for pilots arriving one, or sometimes two days early, of $349.00 (USD) per day, regardless of suite or room level, and it includes the lodging and all meals for two, plus a Sunday evening complimentary cocktail hour. All events officially begin on a Monday.

Alamos Airport (XALA) Fee? Effective January 24th, 2025 the airport has no landing fee per se, however does have a nightly ramp parking fee of $400 Pesos. IF you are parking in the Club Pilotos hangar the fee, regardless of the number of days, is $400 Pesos. Booking a ‘Club Pilotos Reunion’? Your total charge for five or six days is only $400 Pesos.

November 1st-5th, 2026 Club Pilotos Fall Reunion, (Reservations are being accepted now, deposits required and specify type of room or suite & if you would like the ‘Early Bird’ arrival on Sunday November 2nd)

November 19th, 2026, Thanksgiving, Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner prepared by Chef Rene with homemade Pumpkin & Pecan pies. This is a very popular event at the Hacienda and reservations are required.

December 24th, 2026, Christmas Eve, (All are welcome to participate in the Candlelight Posada with guitarists, Mary, Joseph & the Wise Men. This year it will conclude for the first time in the ‘Capilla de los Santos’ with Mary & Baby Jesus. Call for both dinner and lodging reservations. In 2022, Hacienda de los Santos was acknowledged by ‘Historic Hotels Worldwide’ as being one of the ‘Top 25 Hotels in the World’ having a unique holiday tradition.

December 25th, 2026, Christmas Day. Don’t miss this special Christmas meal which just gets better every year.

December 31st, 2026, New Year’s Eve, always one of the best celebrations of the year at Hacienda de los Santos. Great entertainment, dinner and favors!

January 25th-29th, 2027, Reunion includes 5 days of the FAOT Music Festival (One of Mexico’s Largest Music Festivals is the Festival Alfonso Ortiz Tirado). Hacienda de los Santos will be obtaining complimentary tickets for those events where they are required. Remember ‘Early Bird’ Sunday with your reservation. If you would like to extend your stay, or arrive earlier to enjoy more of the festival please make your reservation asap since the Hacienda will be sold-out prior to the end of the year.

Sunday (Early Bird Arrivals only), lunch and dinner are included. Plus in the evening we will have a Cocktail Hour at the ‘Treetop Grill’ with the meal all drinks gratis this evening. Beginning on Monday for the week activities vary from Art and Cooking Classes, Home tours, Horseback Riding, Visits to other villages in the Lower Sierra Madre, Hikes, Walking Tours, Red Train Alamos Tours, Games, plus a guest speaker.

Monday (Day 1) Usually about half of the group will be arriving between about 10:30 and 1:00 today and we will have a hangar party during those hours. Pilotos, and spouses, who arrived on Saturday and Sunday can get rides to the airport between those hours also. Just ask a driver whenever you are ready to return to the Hacienda from the Hangar Party.
